ABOUT OUR WINES

WELCOME TO OUR TASTING ROOMS! While we are Hershey’s first and only vineyard and winery, our 25-acre farm and production facility are unavailable for tours or events due to township regulations (check out our video section to “see” our grounds and operations). We welcome you to our Brickerville Tasting Room located within the Shops at Bricker Village near Lititz, PA, and our secondary tasting room*, located at the Farmstead Farmer's Market in Palmyra, PA. Please note our current hours of operation, addresses, and wine menu** listed at the bottom of the post.

PLEASE NOTE: Our new Farmstead Farmers Market location will feature a REDUCED WINE MENU. If you are looking for a specific wine, please call them during their posted hours of operation or contact our Brickerville location on all other days of the week for questions and/or to place an order for pick up at the market.

~If you plan to purchase more than FOUR bottles of any ONE PARTICULAR FLAVOR of our wine, kindly call with a 48-72 hour notice to the tasting room where you want to pickup to assure we have it in stock and/or to prepay and hold your order. Because our Farmstead Market is only open on Fridays and Saturdays, please call our Brickerville tasting room during the week to place orders for pick up there.
~We are operating on a first come, first served basis for wine tastings (No reservations.). We offer sit down service, so our tastings may take longer than our stand-up counterparts. Our Tasting Rooms are smaller in size and can only accept groups of UP TO 5 PEOPLE.
~At this time, we request all visitors be 21 years of age or older to be in our seated tasting areas.
~Please note that wine tastings and on-site beverage service end 30 minutes prior to closing.
~As always, if you have OUR tasting room glasses from a previous visit, please bring them with you when you return to get 50% off of your future wine tastings.
~Currently, wine tastings are only available indoors; however, we do have limited outdoor seating for you to enjoy wine by the glass or bottle at our Brickerville tasting room. (We are BYOF and do not offer a food menu.)
~Please note that our Lucky 13 program ended in December of 2019 and we stopped honoring the cards as of December 31, 2021. Please see our discount policy on the back of our tasting sheet for our current offers!

WHITE WINES 

1. Vidal Blanc ($13.99). A dry wine with a clean flavor profile that complements mild cheeses, seafood, and white meats. A great alternative to Chardonnay.

2. Chardonnay ($13.99). A dry white wine that is crisp, cool, and delicious. Aged in stainless steel tanks, not oak. Citrus in a bottle! Try it with your favorite fish or chicken dish. 

3. Pinot Grigio ($13.99). An Italian-style dry white wine that’s a great summer drink. Try it with pasta and your favorite fish dish.

4. Dry Riesling ($13.99). Our Dry Riesling is crisp with great structure and flavor. This wine complements a variety of food and cheese.

5. Traminette ($13.99). This offspring of Gewurztraminer and Johannes Seyve is off-dry and has a great floral and spicy taste. Try it with Asian chicken dishes or food with heat.

6. Cayuga White ($13.99). A light, crisp, and clean wine that isn’t too sweet or too dry. Great for any palate and pairs well with all types of cheese and fruit.

7. Semi Riesling ($13.99). This is a German-style summer wine that has a hint of sweetness. It’s one of the most versatile wines and great for sipping.

◊ 8. White on White ($14.99). WOW! This is a delicately sweet wine with a one-of-a-kind flavor. You can’t buy this anywhere except here and it’s our bestselling white!

9. Catawba ($13.99). Fresh, sweet, and slightly tart. It has a great citrus flavor and wonderful bouquet. Serve it over peaches or strawberries!

◊ 10. White Delight ($14.99). This proprietary blend has a finish that tastes just like a Margarita! Enjoy it on its own or make it into a wine cocktail or sangria-type drink.

11. Niagara ($13.99). Sweet and fruity. This is a great sipping wine that you can drink every day. It tastes like liquid grapes! Also pairs well with aged cheese.

ROSÉ WINES

12. Dry Pink Orchid ($13.99). A dry rosé that complements ham and pork dishes as well as a variety of cheese and fruit.

13. Pink Orchid ($13.99). – Spring Limited Edition – Our semi-sweet rosé blended with red currants for a sweet tart flavor.

14. Big Apple ($13.99). This 100% Pennsylvania apple wine is crisp and has a touch of cinnamon… It’s like drinking apple pie!

15. Pink Passion ($7.99-375mL). Contains real pink grapefruit. Delicious on its own or served with brunch!

16. Strawberry Fields ($14.99). Named in honor of my favorite Beatle, John Lennon. A juicy and sweet strawberry wine blend.

17. Raspberry Delight ($18.99-500mL). Tastes just like eating freshly picked raspberries. 

18. Pomegranate Splash ($15.99). Sweet and tart… just like fresh-pressed pomegranates.

19. Tutti-Frutti (13.99). Oh Rudy! Tutti-Frutti means “every fruit” in Italian and that’s exactly what you get… it tastes like tart cherry pie!

23. Simply Red Number 1 ($16.99). Dry proprietary blend featuring Malbec.

24. Simply Red Number 3 ($16.99). A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc… My Pennsylvania Bordeaux! 

25. Cabernet Sauvignon ($16.99). Dry, with just a hint of oak. 

26. Cabernet Franc ($16.99). This varietal is a parent of Cabernet Sauvignon. Dry and hearty.

27. Spectacullari ($16.99). One of our top-selling proprietary dry red blends.

28. Old Country Red ($16.99). An old family recipe, this blend is a secret! 

29. KeyONtee ($16.99). Can you say Chianti? We can’t, so we changed the spelling! 

30.  Merlot ($16.99). Dry red balanced with fruit-forward notes. 

31. Pinot Noir ($16.99). The hero of the movie “Sideways!” It’s light, fruity, and goes well with a variety of foods.

32. My Daily Red ($13.99). Exactly what the name says! Every batch is a different blend.

33. Simply Red Number 2 ($14.99). A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sangiovese grapes. This unique wine is semi-sweet and lightly oaked.

34. Sweet Chambourcin ($14.99). A sweet and hearty wine. One of the most popular hybrid grape wines in Pennsylvania. It’s wonderful with aged and smoked cheeses.

35. Concord ($13.99). A popular native varietal, this sweet red wine will make you think you are drinking grapes! 

◊ 36. Flaming Red ($14.99). This top-selling customer favorite is a delicious blend of Concord and Niagara grapes with a hint of tartness. $1.00 per bottle donated to local fire departments!
